What is the difference between a plan and a data lab?
A plan defines your workspace: included users, collaborative space type, and support level. A data lab is the compute and storage infrastructure you choose separately — sovereign cloud server, on-premises, or edge. The two are independent: you can change your infrastructure without changing your plan, and vice versa.
Is my data hosted in Europe?
Yes. Our cloud servers are hosted in France, HDS-certified and GDPR-compliant. Your data never leaves European territory. For full sovereignty, on-premises or edge deployment gives you complete control over your infrastructure — your data stays on your site.
What does the Data Hub Server included in Starter and Business plans cover?
Starter and Business plans include a Data Hub Server with unlimited usage. It includes the dedicated configuration listed in your plan (vCPU, RAM, storage), maintenance, continuous updates, and daily backups. This server stays active for the duration of your subscription. You can add extra data labs at any time to meet your compute needs.
Can I change my plan or infrastructure during my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time — the difference is prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. For cloud data labs, you can add or remove servers on demand, with no commitment and no impact on your plan.
How does annual billing work?
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the period, at the displayed annual rate. Monthly billing is available with no commitment, at the monthly rate. Cloud data labs are billed separately by usage, independently of your subscription cycle.
What does the Enterprise plan include, and how do I get a quote?
The Enterprise plan is designed for large organisations that need unlimited collaborative workspaces, a custom infrastructure (dedicated server), white label, and a 99.99% SLA.
