Gencovery is a Simplified Joint Stock Company, located 23 rue crepet, 69007 Lyon, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 882 921 570 and as such carries out commercial activities as a software publisher.

In this context, Gencovery is required to collect and process information that concerns you and some of it allows you to be identified. This data is called “personal data”.

What data and what uses?

Data that you provide to us voluntarily as part of your access to our services.

As part of our exchanges, such as for example for the execution of a contract between us or to subscribe to our newsletters or to create your personal space on our sites and/or applications, you provide us with certain personal data (email address, first name, age...).

Thanks to these internet technologies, Gencovery collects information (some of which is personal data) in order to:

  • to provide advertisements adapted to the interests of the user as well as to his terminal;

  • to ensure the proper functioning of mobile applications.

We remind you that you can prevent certain data from being communicated in this way at any time by configuring your terminal so that it does not communicate it. In this case, and in accordance with applicable regulations, we do not collect this data.

Data deduced by cross-checking. From a set of existing general and anonymous data, we are required to deduce certain information about you by statistical cross-checking or extrapolation. This information may contain personal information that we protect and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Third-party data. In order to provide certain services, in particular all those that involve third parties, you agree that we can connect to the services offered by these third parties and exchange with them the personal data concerning you allowing us to carry out the action for which we communicate them. The purposes of using your data
